Herniated Disc

Spinal discs become herniated when the soft cushion that sits between each vertebra is pushed out of position. Herniated disc is not usually the result of an isolated incident, but is most often a result of the body’s general wear and tear. Patients experience painful symptoms as the spinal disc nerves are exposed.

Patients with a disc herniation experience a number of painful symptoms:

  • Numbness
  • Tingling
  • Shooting Pain
  • Spinal Nerve Pressure
  • Difficulty/Pain Standing

Delaware Pain Relief Center offers state of the art diagnostic assessment to evaluate a patient’s herniated disc. Our treatments are non-invasive and gentle, designed to alleviate your pain and help you regain your normal level of activity.
