Jason Brajer, MD has expertise in managing a wide variety of chronic and acute pain conditions. He has given over 50,000 various injections in his career encompassing the entire spine – cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacrum – as well as sympathetic blocks for CRPS / RSD and PTSD, spinal cord stimulation,andPRP and stem cells for major joints. He believes in a multi-modal comprehensive treatment approach for pain including medication, chiropractic care, physical therapy, biofeedback / cognitive behavior therapy / mindfulness as well as various injections. He in favor of complementary and alternative modalities and is registered to recommend medical marijuana in PA.
For the past 11 years, Dr. Brajer has devoted 100% of his time to off ice based interventional Pain Management. Previously, Dr. Brajer was the founding Director of the Montgomery Pain Center, Vice Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology and the Medical Director of the Frank Tornetta School of Nurse Anesthesia at the Montgomery Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Brajer obtained his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, earned his M.D. from Hahnemann/Drexel University, and completed his residency/fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
